In the marketing research curse we did a project about Jabil Ali International Hotel and in one of the steps we had to do a survey about the hotel. For this survey we used a program called SPSS. At the beginning I found it to be very hard and takes a lot of time but after I got used to it I found that it’s very easy. In this program you add all the data in the survey and then in one click you can get the mode median and mean of the question and also it gives you all the kinds of graphs you need. However I found it to be more effective that Excel
